  2. There is a business book author named Stan Slap who wrote: Careful now: even a financially rewarding, intellectually stimulating work environment isn’t the same as living your own values.     Don’t assume the restaurant will provide a private area for a private meeting without cost. ALWAYS plan on eating at the resataurant if you’re going to be more tahn a few minutes. It’s very unprofessional to expect a restaurant to provide you a free meeting room without compensation.
