Well-known UK brand of tradition food Bisto recently conducted a study on following dining etiquette in United Kingdom. After talking with 3000 adults the researchers discovered that the majority of people participateded in the poll think it is acceptable to start eating before other’s food has arrived and even speaking with their mouth full.

Bisto spokesman mentioned “As a nation we are known for being polite and having good manners, so it was a surprise to see that a quarter of Brits no longer think table manners are important.”

Additionally, 39% all of those surveyed agreed there is nothing wrong with using mobile phones over dinner and 11% stated they don’t feel a necessity to say ‘please’ or ‘thank you’.
